DescriptionPerforator with forcep like design. The forcep like handles are wooded and hatched for grip. The maker is inscrived on the handle 'Milliard' Edinburgh. The sharp tip of the perforator has been broken off. Perforators were destructive instruments used to to aid extraction after the death of the foetus in pregnancy or in complicated deliveries by craniotomy.
