DescriptionAlso known as an otoscope, the auriscope is a hand-held battery- powered light source and lens system for looking into the outer ear. Includes two detachable tips (speculum) which comes in a range of sizes.
Made by Gowllands, a company founded in the late nineteenth century by the three Gowlland brothers. The company first concentrated on ophthalmological instruments before shifting to diagnostic instruments for the ear, eye, nose, and throat.
Kit only consists of the handle, two specula, and extra twist knob.
