A well dressed gentleman, holding an icepack to his jaw exclaims "You have taken the wrong tooth!" while the operator, also finely attired, looks pomposly ahead. Another gentleman, head wrapped in cloth and in pain, looks on and the operator's assistant holds a bleeding bowl. Skulls, books and preserved specimens line the shelves in he foreground.
