Caricature of a tooth-drawer examining a man's mouth. The female tooth-drawer reaches deep into her patient's mouth to pull his tooth. The grotesque aspect of the caricature is indicated by the over-sized heads and small bodies. On the floor there are five extracted teeth and a dental key.
