DescriptionLoose bodies removed from the elbow joint, from an adult male.
The bodies are fibrocartilaginous and are four in number, two large and roughly symmetrical, measuring some 30 mm. in the longest diameter, and two small and roughly symmetrical, measuring some 12 mm in the longest diameter. The large bodies are somewhat spherical and their surfaces are nodular and irregular. The small bodies are irregular and the greater part of the surface of each is smooth.
