DescriptionA mass of tumour continuous with that in the inferior vena cava forms a protrusion through the orifice of the inferior vena cava and into the cavity of the right ventricle. Microscopic examination confirms that the lesion is a renal carcinoma of fairly typical morphology , of partly clear cell type with a substantial element of eosinophil cell variant.
