From a male aged 14 years in whom a swelling above the right zygomatic arch had been observed during four months. It was removed after division of the zygomatic arch, and appeared to be attached to the bone in the neighbourhood of the inferior orbital fissure.
The tumour is lobulated, branched, and irregular. On section it is solid and fairly homogeneous, and on microscopic examination shows the structure of a cellular fibroma with large lymph spaces, and is very similar to certain tumours arising from the basi-occipital region.
