DescriptionOral airway. Use to assist in patients being ventilated with manual resuscitators. They depress the tongue and prevent it from falling to the back of the throat where it would obstruct the airway. Black rubber tube, which is slightly flattened in design, with an oviod metal insert with a metal collar, surrounded by a rubber collar. On the metal collar is stamped 'A.C. KING, 1'. On the rubber collar is stamped 'A. Charles King, Guedel Airway'.
