DescriptionOral airway. Use to assist in patients being ventilated with manual resuscitators. They depress the tongue and prevent it from falling to the back of the throat where it would obstruct the airway. Black rubber tube, which is slightly flattened in design, with an oviod metal insert at the base, surrounded by a rubber collar. On the collar is stamped 'Made in England, BOC, 2, anti-static BSS 2927'.
