The ulceration has destroyed the dorsal portion of the prepuce and extended over the adjacent part of the body of the penis. The edges of the ulcer are ragged, and like the floor od the ulcer, do not show any inflammatory reaction. The rest of the prepuce is swollen. There are two small areas of ulceration on the left side of the dorsum of the glans.
