The cavernous urethra which is laid open inferiorly, terminates distally in a circular orifice about the middle of a bilaterally expanded frenulum. Hypospadias of the glans involves the external urethral orifice in which bristles indicate three small lacunae. The glans has a deviation towards the frenulum.
