DescriptionAdult female. Painful white fingers when exposed to cold. On examination scleroderma was suspected because of her dry skin. X-ray of the hands shows acrolysis and absorption of the terminal tufts of several of the fingers, and a small cyst in the base of the third right middle phalanx.
