DescriptionFemale. Six month history of pain and stiffness right hip. Clinically - tumour in right ischial region. Biopsy - Giant cell tumour. Treated by radiotherapy - satisfactory result.
An expanding lesion of the ischium is present on the right side with a central translucent area which has breached the cortex of the bone. The adjacent bone shows no reaction. The translucent area has a crenated margin of moderate sharp delineation.
