Chronic inflammation has resulted in extensive atrophy of the skin with local accumulation of epithelium in the form of large scales. A warty growth measuring some 70 mm sagittally by 40 mm coronally projects from the lateral plantar aspect of the foot anterior to the heel and forms an irregular nodular hemispherical mass.
