DescriptionZimmer ortopaedic Redi-Vac. Instrument used to assist the speed in would closures by depression. The perforated tube is placed in the tissues, the skin is then pierced not less than 0.25cm from the incision line. This is then connected to the bottle which would have already created a high vaccum (by using an external pump/aspirator), the shut off clamp is released and suction begins. The bottle and the components are all in the original box, along with an instruction manual. The outer box has ' Vacuum Bottle, Mr Farquharson' written on as well as the faded manufacturers details.
