DescriptionVaginal speculum with introducer and removable top plate. Likely for treating vesico-vaginal fistulas.
First invented by French surgeon Antoine Joseph Jobert de Lamballe (1799-1867) to treat this condition in a procedure known as Jobert's Operation.
Long handle with removable section. Two grip plates at top and bottom of speculum, and removable introducer with rounded end and smaller rounded handle.
