DescriptionWhite cardboard photoslides for use in a photoslide projector showing the veins inside the eyeball including an example of "Branch Vein Occlusion" and "Idiopathic Macular Telangiectasia Cystoid Edema" which are labelled in pen at the top of the corresponding slides. All 39 slides are numbered 1-40, slide number 2 is missing. Slides come in a small recangular plastic case, base is orange, lid is translucent and features a Kodak logo. All slides feature a sticker with 'Department of Medical Illustration University of Aberdeen' printed on and were likely used for training purposes at the uni or as examples of eye conditions that Ophthalmologists could cross reference.
Part of 13 donated objects from the ophthalmology collection once belonging to P.K. Ray and used by Mr Frank Green FRCSEd.
