Temporary improvement followed aspiration of cervical abscesses three weeks before death There was no pigmentation of the skin. On post mortem examination old tuberculosis was found at the apex of each lung and there were a few calcareous lymph nodes. The heart was snail and the vessels thin. Tuberculous affection of the suprarenal glands was bilateral (17.d.2. ) and the other organs appeared healthy.
