DescriptionAdult female. An elderly lady with urinary tract infection for which an IVP was carried out.
The plain film of the abdomen reveals extensive subphrenic calcification due to an old and healed subphrenic abscess, probably tuberculous. There is also calcification in both suprarenal glands.
The metallic clips in the left hypochondrium are in the stomach remnant following a previous gastrectomy. Two calculi are present in the left kidney.
