The box is made by Weiss and Son as are all the knives present. The box has 12 slots but only 8 instruments. There are five flat handled instruments and all of these are also inscribed with 'W.I' or 'W.I.E'. The Gartnavel label is on the side of the box: EYE.1991.447.
