DescriptionWooden box containing four ophthalmic instruments with a handwritten label which reads 'Herbert's Knives for Scleroctomy, Bell Taylor's Iridectomy knife'. The box is made by Weiss and Son, two of the instruments are also labelled as made by Weiss with one also inscribed 'W.I', the other two instruments are made by Down. The Gartnavel label is on the side of the box: EYE.1991.439.
