DescriptionTwo Combat Application Tourniquets carried by soldiers of The Royal Regiment of Scotland in Afghanistan during 2013-2014. Velcro tourniquets with plastic tightener. One is date stamped 'Sep 10 2012' the other 'Dec 12 2012'. Both have a white piece of velcro for writing on the time of application.
