From an adult female whose death under suspicious circumstances led to police investigation.
The larynx shows definite interarytaenoid infiltration and there is superficial ulceration of the posterior parts of both vocal folds. There are two irregular ulcers on the dorsum of the tip of the tongue. Microscopic examination did not give any evidence of tuberculosis.
