Inside the tin case there is one 1.1 cc 'Tubunic' brand one-use prefilled injector of "Omnopon" brand morphine for pain relief. The three others are 1.5 cc syrettes by E. R. Squibb & Sons, NY and contain a solution of morhpine titrate. The final item in the box is one of 'Mersons Emergency Sutures,' containing 30. inches of white braided silk and 38mm Tri. Needle.
These sit on a piece of brown cloth, and there are also two card tags enclosed for the purpose of writing how much morphine was adminstered to the patient.
The tin case is the original that housed the 'Tubunic' brand ampoule-syringes, manufactured in England by Roche Products Limited, Welwyn Garden City. It has instructions for application of the morhpine on the lid.
