The instruments are steel bladed with hatched ebony handles:
X1 amputation saw with ebony handle in the lid compartment
X3 Bodkins with blade sizes 26,21 & 17 cms
X1 scalpel
X1 finger saw
X1 tourniquet of brass and canvas
Most of the instruments included have no markers marks but the scalpel was made by J Gray & Son of Sheffield.
