The letter states "These dentures have been presented to the Prosthesis Department by Dr D.S.Middleton. The teeth have been individually characterised by the addition of various shades of porcelain powder and subsequent baking. They belonged to the late Sir Henry Wade and were made by Dr. Middleton.
