DescriptionIVP shows a unilateral fused kidney. The calyces of the lower moiety are directed posteriorly which is a typical feature of a fused kidney. The ureters enter the bladder at the normal sites. Aortogram shows a single large left renal artery supplying both halves. Note also old tuberculosis of left S.I. joint.
