From an adult female in whom this was a local recurrence after removal of a previous tumour three months earlier. It would recur again (see GC.1292-1) after four months. Rapid recurrence after this and a subsequent removal took place and the tumour attained considerable size before death (see GC.1292)
A small portion of skin has been removed with the tumour, which is very irregular on its surface and mostly cystic on section
Microscopic examination showed collections of epithelial cells with in places an acinar arrangement and aquantity of fibrous connective tissue
