The fossa for the gall bladder is completely developed. There is no evident gall bladder. A small mass of fibrous tissue attached to the inferior surface of the right lobe represents the gall bladdder. The extra-heapatic biel dicts are represented by fibrous cords without any lumen, which are in the position of the ducts.
