DescriptionSmall casting machine for crowns and inlays. When the metal is melted, a trigger releases a spring loaded plunger, drawing the molten metal into the mould.
Device consists of several parts; Large cast iron stand with a spring loaded plunger, plaque on the base reads 'The F. H Wright D. Mfg. Co. Ltd., Patented, 6 Victoria Road, Dundee'. Base also has decorative scroll printing. Other smaller parts include tongs, a hook, two crucible holders, two crucibles, a plain metal cylinder, two smaller alternative attachments for the top of the main plunger, 3 crucible bases.
